trying to buy rotors for my ranger. having a hard time.
I have a Ranger Edge, which means 4x4 suspension and frame, but it’s a 2wd truck. Do I buy the 4x4 rotors or the rwd rotors? Can’t find an answer on the forums and I’ve been lied to by online parts finders before.

If you can, pop them off, bring them to a parts store, and compare sizes.

I would but I park in a lot here at school. I’d order the parts to my home and then just drive home and fix it over the weekend.

The frame is the same among all rangers, the edge does have the 4x4 front end (torsion bar) so I would order the 4x4 rotors.

Is the difference sizing rather than spacing? Just take a wheel off and measure them. The dimensions should be posted in the specifications of any decent parts site.

If you get the smaller rotors you know they’ll fit.

4x4 Rotors. Usually parts store websites have an option for the Edge itself, and I’m fairly certain you need 4x4 rotors.
Same goes for drums. I’m betting you’ll need 10" in the rear as opposed to 9".
